Why my acc. Has been ban?

I need some explaination why u guys do this to me ?
For 4years of playing now im ban!

There should be a proof in ur banned appeal.. U can look there

 

Can't you see the Hack investigation? :3 They have to ban the account to see what he hacked.

 

There should be reason for every ban lifted against every account. Kindly use the ban appeal panel for such purposes.

 

Hack investigation. Your account is locked up until SAM and other AMs agreed if you're truly hacking or not. Just wait for the final verdict.

 

Well we can say that, but in the upper part of the chart it is said that "Permanent Bans"

Why didn't they put it below in the "Temporal Bans" ?

Its still same, bans are noted both in Temporary and Permanent bans. As for now, its on the Permanent ban for the Staffs are still investigating. If the accused is guilty for hacking, sorry for the account. If he's not, they will unban and be noted in both Temp. and Perm. the hack investigation.

 

You've played in the server long enough to know that the forums is no place for ban appeals. Kindly stick to the ban panel. If you want an explanation/proof, then maybe you can ask S.AM/H.GM through PM. Thank you!
