Augment stone don't work?

Why cannot augment EA Dagger with Augment: Level 2 stone? I try from an L60 Character:
Appear an message : Cannot use this item...

 

maybe it doesn't work cause you're lvl is 60 ?

it says cannot be used by lvl 60 or above.

 

At level 61-65 augment stone appear GREY: ... At L60 appear LIGHT but cannot use anyway
It says CAn be used by Level 60 or below.... mean L60 to be work.... but says: Cannot use the item....
At L61-65 The stone is untouchable... cannot even activate

 

Are you trying to use them while you have your item equipped on your character?

 

I try with item unnequiped because AT L65 I don't have acces to the stone... and At L60 cannot equip a L65 item...
When doubleclick ot stone appear green arrow at my EA dagger but when try to activate say: "Cannot use the item".

 

The augment stones that work properly should write on the description that they can be used from level 70 or below. Moreover the item you want to augment has to be equipped on your character to do so. If these stones do not really work you can augment your items via NPCs.

 

lvl 60 only go to the npc if you want augment, or you want condition go there or any santum katalam or kaisnel

 

but with conditioning stone work on my Remodeled Danuar Warhammer L65 on an L60 character with stone and unequipped weapon..
AT augmenting need to be equipped items to work a stone?

 

Yes. Conditioning stones work different than augment ones. You can condition your items even if you don't have these on your character.
