Error: This Program is unavailable in your Country

Hi there, i wanted to connect to GameZ Aion i downloaded NcSoft Launcher and installed Aion succesfully. Then i dowloaded the GameZ Aion launcher and installed it, too. The NcSoft Launcher settings are on North America so i thougt i did no mistake but when i startet the GameZ Aion launcher there came the Error: This program is unavailable in your Country. So i searched in the internet for some Answers how to fix it. I tried everything what i found but NOTHING worked so i dont know what to do i really need help:sad:

Error: This program is unavailable in your Country (I'm from Germany using Win7 32bit)

 

use the search function of the forum, im sure there are already threads about that

I found some Threads and I tried everything what the ppl there said but nothing worked -.-
