Solved A Report's Exact DECISION Duration

Hello fellow Aioners!

I ask everyone's help about this matter. I just want to ask "HOW LONG SHOULD A REPORT BE GIVEN EXACT DECISION?". I am asking the exact time frame for the decision be stated (including its certainty) on a specific REPORT.

If a no-animation report has not been answered, it means that it probably wasn't enough to issue a ban, and is currently being worked on (watching the player ingame and trying to get our own proof). Or it means that there are some things that need to be discussed before doing anything.

Nobody will be banned if staff is not 100% sure that the player is hacking. Even if there is a "maybe", it is enough to prevent us from doing anything further.

 

Well, that was behind the lines and I am also expecting as such.

I am doing my best to capture the person again whom I reported but sadly, it was a fail. Since the time I have recorded video of him, he haven't shown around KATALAM since then. And I bet his reaction with my 2nd video (Vol. 2) was enough for me to state the DARKNESS inside of him.

@Dimitra I got enlighten a bit (tho a-bit) with your statements. But, it is not satisfactory enough for me. Am sorry!

 

The best thing you could do in such cases is to send your report to a Staff member in PM in the future instead of making it public on the forums D;

 

I am not trying to "satisfy you", sorry. A ban will NOT be issued with insufficient proof, and a ban will not be issued if there is a "maybe". The person you recorded has changed his name, which is why you can't see him around. I am aware of it. And even that sole event of him changing his name is a little bit tricky considering that a day or two after he got reported, he changed his name don't you think? So don't think nobody is doing anything about it because that is not the case.

Now, nobody will ban a player just to "satisfy" you. No-animation hacking is an offense that permanently bans the user, and it will not be thrown away without us being sure.

And I do agree with Kessiie. Sometimes reporting a player for no-animation hacking publicly is not the brightest idea since if the report does not get completed soon enough, the reported player can see it and do something to get away with it (in our case, change his name). Next time I suggest reporting someone in private.

 

I hope the purpose of the REPORT's SECTION do make the forums substantial.

 

I think all the points I wanted to make have already been mentioned.
The reported player is currently on my black list, and with his new name. If more proof on him is gathered, I assure you staff and I will not hesitate one second to issue a ban
