Your account is blocked? or maybe you got banned for doing something wrong? If you could only speak more clearly and explain what you are going through then people can help you. If you are blocked, can you at least login on the website and check if you have been banned through the "User Control -> Ban Panel"

I remember a few days ago there was a player ingame that couldn't receive GamezAion emails on his mail after recovering his password, I don't think it was you, but yeah.. look at my PM :3

Update: The user could not access his account because it got banned, not because of client problems. He was sent to his ban panel to check why he got banned and for how long.
