Solved cant log in one of my characters

one of my caracters wont log on into game it gives me disconect always i try to log in.its just this one cause the rest are just fine.i try the unstuck optin in the Gamez web page and still wont work.any idea whats going on ?

 

Go to another char of the same account and type .fix Charname with the first letter of your name being capital. For example, if a character called "Xhiku" is stuck, do .fix Xhiku then try to login with the stuck character again and see if it works. If it doesn't, send another unstuck request from the website like you did, but DO NOT try to login on the character.

The unstuck request will not fix your character immediately, but it will unstuck it on the next server restart.
Server restarts are unscheduled, and they happen every week or every other week or so. Once one happens, your character will be fixed, AS LONG AS you have sent an unstuck request and you HAVEN'T logged in on that stuck character.

To see when the server restarts, you can look at this thread. People will most likely post there when the server is down.
I repeat, until the server restarts, after you send in the unstuck request from the website, please do NOT login on that stuck character.

 

i tried fix.charachter and said it was fixed But still cant log in,should i use unstuck at web now and w8 for server restart ?

do i need any extra file cause i cant see the obelisk tower in new zones like Katalam or Danaria

What's your client's version? (Go to your Aion folder and open the file called "version")

Sorry, I didn't see you said you downgraded xD
You need to update your client. Missing the new safezones means that your client doesn't have the new high safezone feature, which was added on a later update.

Open your NCsoft launcher and let it fully update. AFTER it's fully updated, that's when you will need to downgrade
