    Like people said, introduced in 4.7, Panesterra is a group of 4 maps, Aspida, Belus, Atanatos and Disillon, used particularly for siege.
    Much like other 4.7 update features, the maps are not working as they should be, and even though AMs do have access to them and can teleport there, players obviously can't :/

    well in retail there are times those forts are avaible and nice pvp there :)

    I think those maps are for seige but not available in this patch yet
