News GamezAION - Account Security Update

Good Day to Everyone!

@Lautaro has been lovely this spring and summer bring us plenty of new features, and fun little things on the web-site.

This time around we have just finished with yet another new module! However this one is much more important than the other two, and or the update to the webshop itself. We have now added in some new account security features. The page banner will display when you log in your account at GamezAION.com.
Images are thumbnails so please click on them to expand, other wise this would be a really long thread.


Click on the banner and it will bring you to this next page.
This has the options and requirements, they must be done in order from email confirmation first.


Step 1 - E-Mail Verification and Confirmation!
Email confirmation is simple! Click the first thing (Confirm E-Mail Address), and you will get a small drop down thing.

Enter the Accounts Registered Email address (our system will only send email to a registered address. If you do not know your accounts email, or it is inactive please contact myself (@Puddles) and I will assist you.)

Message Saying the email was sent and time frame for it to arrive! Make sure you check your spam folders as well.


After you hit the button, you will get an email with the following title:
There is a link contained inside. Click it and the account will then have a verified email address.


Step 2 - Security Questions!


Very simple! Select a question, write an answer.
A couple things to take note of. You will be unable to change these.
Once you are done? You get this and then onto step 3.


Step 3 - Account Security PIN!

Very simple. Using Numbers ONLY create an account pin. I would suggest using 4 or more digits, and a number that you will remember that no one else will know.

We will on certain occasions ask you for this (as it will be instant and simple account ownership verification). to make sure an account is yours. This will enable us to assist you with certain things that are a little harder to do. Remember to NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PIN (think of it like a bank card, credit card, cell phone) to anyone other than staff, and then again you are welcome to use your own discretion and or PM someone from Senior Staff if you feel someone does not have a reason to ask.

Thats about all there is to this function and new set of features for your accounts security!

It isn't even about the credits, it's about making your accounts as secure as we possibly can. And to be able to provide better service in case an account requires recovery, and or investigation that needs verification.

 

They just made some free credits so that many of the players would make a way to do the task. Because its not that easy to recover almost hundred of players email one by one. Thumbs up for this New thing. .\/,

You might be using a different e-mail than the one you used for registering. I didn't have problems.

 

Actually i cant even insert e-mail .......nothing at all........like an error or i dont know....it seems like the page is down

 

Can we update the pin occasionally ?

 

Not that I am aware of, I will ask Lautaro.

In regards to the Invalid Request. We will check into the issue as soon as possible.
