Item vanish AGAIN!!!

I've a problem, 3 days ago i was selling a lannok's dagger +15 at the broker for 500M. After the server lag when i logged-in with my char the lannok's was completely vanish from the Broker and i didn't recived money. That time i had not a screenshot and i could not do anything. Well, yesterday i was selling 3 thing at the broker and i logged-of. This afternoon i log-in with my char the items that i was selling vanish again. I don't know if anyone bought it but it is completely vanish AGAIN!!! But this time i make a screenshot.
Can i do something now or i lost again the money?

 

ask Bryne or any other Aion Master for your items ^^
