Solved New and stuck at the NCSOFT black logo

    When I try to start the game I keep getting stuck at the black logo. I'm using the Gamez torrent version it was 29.4 gigs. Took 10 hours to download. I just want to play. :(

    I am not, it just stays on the ncsoft logo after about five minutes i get tired of waiting hit ctrl alt del and under running apps it says its not responding.
