Solved Trade Broker and ingame shop

Ok so i just came back to gamez today and i wanted to buy something from trade broker and when i clicked on the npc there was nothin i clicked in every section and i want to ask am i bugged or it's from the server same with the ingame shop i click on it and it opens a window with nothing in . i am with the 4.7.0.8 item.pak , help me .

 

1. Broker is broken until 4.8 update.
2. In-game shop is gone x:

 

Trade broker, as already mentioned, is broken and will be fixed with the 4.8 update which will be happening in 3 days from now on July 14th (unless some delays happen). That's why you couldn't see any items listed on the Broker window.

As for the ingame shop, it was removed (I believe from NCsoft) so you can't use it ingame.

You can use the new Webshop though on the website, it recently got revamped so feel free to check it out It works a bit differently than the other ones we have had though. You can be online while purchasing the item (unlike our old website shop) and in order for it to get sent to you, you need to be ingame, if you're offline it won't be delivered until you login

IN-GAME SHOP is more reliable way on purchasing credits-based items..... AND WTF ARE U LOOKIN' AT ME????? SUX dude!!!

Actually. Web-Shop is more reliable as if there are problems with item delivery, we are able to go back and check.

Unlike things purchased from the formerly available In-Game Shop.

So, I fail to see your logic about it being more reliable. It was perhaps more convenient but, to be honest? Convenience vs Us being able to assist players, and such if and or when something goes wrong? I would rather be able to help people.

Anyway, if you were privy to half the things we have devs working on, you would probably go 'Oh my. Those defiantly are MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN AN In-Game Shop.' So, before you go ranting and raving about things you have literally no idea about. Either ask some questions of a Staff Member, while we may limit information given, you would get better answers than simply deciding what you think is correct and or how it should be for the sake of Convenience.
