Equipment Purification System Guide

What is Equipment Purification?

Equipment Purification is a new equipment modification system we’ve introduced in our INVASION update to Steel Cavalry. By purifying a piece of armor or weapon, you increase its base stats while keeping various attributes and modifications you have already made. As new threats emerge, technology has been developed to combat the Balaur and rival faction. Certain equipment sets can be purified by the Equipment Purifier NPC. Purifying a weapon or a piece of armor requires materials that can be crafted or gathered from the world. When you purify your equipment, you add additional bonuses to the armor stats without any effects to already socketed manastones, godstones. Only certain equipment enchanted to a certain level is eligible, and the piece will lose five levels of enchantment upon purification that can be re-enchanted.​

A new item attribute has been added to display items that can be purified.​

Purification Process

• Equipment can be purified by using specific items at the Equipment Purifier NPC. Purifying an item will increase its base stats.

• Some attributes of purified items will change, while others are kept. Please plan accordingly.

​

*For example, an item that is enchanted to +10 will become +5 after purification.​

• If the item does not have the "Purifiable" icon, then that means it is not possible to purify it.
• Essence Purifier and Purified Essence have been added. These are related to the Purification system.

• The Essence Purifier consumes 50% of the XP bar of a Lv.65 character, and 1 Purified Essence is obtained.
• Only 2 Essence Purifiers can be purchased from the corresponding NPC in one day. However, if you have 8 characters, then you can buy 16 Essence Purifiers per day.
• Essence Purifiers can be bought from Daeva Essence Officers, Neperphon (Elyos) / Legia (Asmodian) .

Equipment Purification NPCs have been added to Sanctum for Elyos and Pandaemonium for Asmodian. ​

• Elyos equipment purifier master name Teleios which you can find inside Galleria of Grandeur.

• You must be level 65 to purify an item.
• Each piece of armor or weapon you want to purify must be at a certain enchantment level, mostly +10, and requires various materials. Some materials will need to be crafted and there are designs for them. The designs can be purchased from the Daeva Essence Officer or the General’s Consumable Item Distributor in the Hall of Fame (Asmodian Marchutan Priory) / Walk of Fame (Elyos Kaisinel Academy). Other materials include instance drops, AP and/or Ceramium Medals.

Purification Options

There are two (2) options on how you can purify an equipment. First is with Ceramium medals + laurel. Second is Ceramium medals + Purified Essences. To choose your preferred option, simply click on the resultant item/desired output that you can find on the right side of the window. (See images sample images below)​

IMPORTANT Notes:
- This first option consumes lesser Ceramium Medals.
WEAPONS
- Dawnwing can be further purified to Special Elite Emissary while Shadewing can be purified further to Special Ambassador. However, there is no stats difference between Dawnwing and Special Elite Emissary, same goes for Shadewing and Special Elite Ambassador.
- Players further purify Dawnwing and Shadewing in order to get the set effect for ARMOR ONLY as the set effect is not applicable for weapons.
ARMORS
- Dusking Divine can be purfied further to Elite Overlord Divine while Dawnwing Divine can be purfied further to Special Elite Emissary's Divine. However, there's no difference in their stats. It is available for further purification for the purpose of getting their set effects.

IMPORTANT Notes:
- Consumes more Ceramium medals than the first option.
- Beginner-friendly since Ceramium medals can be easily acquired from Infinity Shard (IS) runs. For Purified Essences, farm mobs and morph essences as your EXP bar fills up. One (1) essence = 50% of your EXP bar.​

Materials

NPCs selling purification designs have been added to cities of both races and some of them can be farmed from instances.​

• Infinity Shard (X) Laurels – Morphed from the recipes provided by the Daeva Essence Officer

• Illuminary Obelisk (X) Laurels – Morphed from the recipes provided by the Daeva Essence Officer

• Pallasite Ore, Water, Powder – Available as item drops from Beritra’s Invasion bosses.

• Honorable General’s Laurel – Available from the General’s Consumable Item Distributor in the Hall of Fame/Walk of Fame

• Honorable General’s (X) Laurels – Morphed from recipes from the General’s Consumable Item Distributor in the Hall of Fame (Marchutan Priory for Asmodian)/Walk of Fame (Kaisinel Academy for Elyos).

NOTES:

• Officer's laurels and General laurels cannot be crafted in game as of this moment. However, there are various ways on how you can obtain such items. It can be through trading, GM events (both in-game and forums), and from the Weekly Special shop.
• Amount of Ceramium medals and Purified Essences depend on the equipment your are purifying.
• Purifying an equipment will need a certain amount of Abyss Points (AP).

Can i purifie ACD or no because ingame it gave you that you can upgrade to shep ?

 

You can purify it to EAC then to Shepherd / Ambassador.

 

Why to EAC ingame it shows that acd can be upgrade into Shep not Eac

i can't buy any essence purifier

 

@ShitieShit Yes you can purify ACD to shep and above. And essence purifiers arent avaliable(purchasable) atm. Working on it.

 

Is this system works atm or is this locked ?
The npc selling essence purifier always show : Purchase limited to 2 (0/2), making it impossible to buy any.
And Honorable officer Laurel's items and morph method sold by npc in marchutan are not allowed to sell these items.
