    Hi GMs,

    I was purchasing for a trade and then the site went blank on me. [​IMG]

    Can you please return credits for i have not received the purchase and i have no one to deal with it anymore..thanks..i was trying to purchase Tinkerbell pet..

    Hello.
    It seems like you lost your connection at that time you made your purchase. Have you logged in into game to check if there's an express e-mail with the item you purchased?

    If you did as you said above, how long have you been waiting for your item?

    i've been waiting for 30mins now..and right now site is still unavailable to access..

    Yeah, there are some issues with the website for now. Neither can I reach it.
    Good thing is that you are online at the moment and you can wait for your item a little more. There's a possibility of you, not have purchased it at all so your credits should be there already. Let's wait and see for now.

    umm.. i have bought a GS golden remo using credits and after checking on game I can't find it anywhere, it's not in the mails either..can u help me?

    Did you actually stay online on the character you bought it on?
    It will not show as normal mail on the character selection. It will be sent as a form of express mail and you have to stay online on that character to receive it..
    If you don't know which character you bought it on, login on the website to the Webshop, go here and click "list" under History as shown here:

    It will show you the purchase history and which character you bought the item with. Just login on that character and wait for express mail ^_^

    It's not really common for issues like the above post to happen :p People who post their concerns about lost items, either do not know that the item gets sent via express mail that does NOT appear on character selection and they have to be online to receive it, or they have sent it to the wrong character, and as a cause of my last point, they do not see it in the character selection screen so they assume it is not sent or that they lost their credits..

    Either way, it's just.. a fancier way of the items being sent :3 I think we all liked it better when we had the ingame shop to be able to preview items and buy them instantly, but as far as I know and correct me if I'm wrong, the feature was removed from NCsoft (?) so we couldn't use it anymore :(

    I'm not too sure if it was removed in the first place so I don't wanna tell you something silly or something not true and then take it back q-q
    But I do think we can both agree that it was a very convenient option :p

    I received it already.. it was just delayed a little that's all... but thanks for the concern :D
