    Redownload the launcher, update, don't forget to download the item.pak from here:

    And you'll be good to go. Don't lose hope.

    Also, when you launch the GamezAion Launcher it'll ask you to update. Sometimes it gets a little wonky if you have Aion in two different files, one for retail one for private servers. Just make sure you are selecting the correct path from the correct file, takes a little screwing around with sometimes but it'll work.

    Do as your launcher says and reinstall it. Once it asks you where to install it, SELECT THE PATH of your Aion folder. The Gamez launcher needs to be in the same folder as other things like L10N folder, bin32, system.cfg, version.ini etc.

    Lol, PM me your info.

    Update: The user was trying to start his game through a Gamez launcher that was installed directly on his desktop and not a shortcut to his Aion folder. We simply installed his launcher on the right path.
