Forwarded Updated Issues (particularly regarding sorc)

As im sure your probably already aware (im guessing thats why siel is now down again), my sorc is able to cast basic heal (which because of the whole 4.8 level skill balancing is not a bad portion of health).
I knew 4.8 with all stigma skills was going to be broken as fuck, but this is abit much

While im sure everyone is already bombarding you enough will problems/complaints, I thought id just mention some of the issues I found in my short time playing!
- Basic stigma skill Flame cage (seperate from actual flame cage ability) remains.
- Sorcerer Portal doesnt work (at least for asmo pande).
- No root/binding/immobility in 1v1 for the first 1min (fully able to engage in combat with enemy).
- Skill Delayed Blast (Sorcerer) has a much longer cast time than stated, 2seconds (4.7), 2seconds (4.8), however it is noticibly 'delayed' (hehe) actually taking around 4 seconds to cast (might aswell be casting a nuke).
Just thought I would make these be know incase they have been glanced over, cheers ~

They are skills acquired by the level 20 stigma quests (you know when you first unlocks stigmas and it gives you a "Stigma: Healing Light", etc). That's the reason they are present and most likely going to be fixed.
