    Can you please not double post? Carnage already told you not to spam. His link worked fine for me. Yes, restarting your router might help since one of the causes of your dilemma is slow internet connection. If this won't work, try other browsers, or clear cache.

    There might be a few issues with your DNS systems, check your Internet first before blaming the website. Restarting your router can help, leave it off for a few minutes. Other than that, if the website is off, we will always announce it.
