    i used 70 pcs different level and i could upgrade it only by +4

    as usual i was starting with lvl56 and then up and up but it doesn't have sense when you use lvl56 and everything is okey and then lvl100 and it's fail
    it has never failed when i was doing in that way so ...

    Enchantment system changed in 4.75 to use a different type of stones, all the old ones (with a level in their name) are pretty much useless and their success rate is ... probably only succeeding from some default percentage, just like how you could enchant a 65 mythical to +3/4 with lvl50 stones before. They should have been converted to the new system (same as the stigma stones) but it's not implemented/executed here.

    You're not supposed to enchant with them, they're for amplyfing stuff over +15. New stones should drop from breaking gear with the tools from general goods npc.... if they implemented it
