    You should try to be more understanding guys.
    There was a large and important update and Staff needs to fix something that unfortunately still does not work as it should.
    Keep complaining or asking obvious questions ( like ' server is down? ' when you perfectly know it is - ' when the server will come back? ' as if there was an expiration date for issues ) will not help them to do their job in less time or more efficiently.

    Besides, I prefer to have a server down with a team working on it in order to get everything fixed instead of playing with my skills bugged or without working instances just parking my booty in Pandaemonium/Sanctum all day long looking at my character's boobies, because yeah this server could be a pvp one but not all of us just play 24/7 pvp experience in here. ( This is my humble opinion, you don't have to agree with it, but you ought to respect it ).

    Should they inform us about restart/maintenance/whatsoever ?
    Yes, that would be nice but still didn't you consider that maybe they didn't get chance to do it in time? Or maybe they also didn't know server was having problems. Sometimes when you notice it, well it's just too late. That happens in real life business too, and i can surely tell :)

    Just be patient lovelies, we all want to play ;)

    It's a large update with many new changes to various parts of Aion. Give them some time.

    Other Pservers with even lesser donation, lesser population, have been able to inform people promptly prior to server issues. You can even call it a mediocre Pserver but they did it. So why not Gamez?
    This isn't just a dedicated server like you all believed.

    We do not have an estimated time to give you on when the server will be up. We are already aware, all we can do right now is wait. If I could spread my fairy dust and make Siel go up magically, I would.
