    U r still missing files from the update. Run your NCLauncher and do a file repair.

    i don't know what happen i cant click file repair and my launcer download again but i can play in server official ncsoft and i can see head and body
    just in server gamezaion i get problem this.any solutions?

    You obviously did not let your installation finish.
    Let it download and install ALL 9 STAGES, do NOT interrupt it before all the 9 stages of the installation are over.
