I have few questions
1. where i can get skins and how much they cost?
2. where i can get any custom wing?
3. is IS open randomly?
4. what stones need songwaver in his equipment
5. where i can get batter equipment than starter pack for lvl60?
6.What i can do with platinium coins and where i can exchange them?

 

1. From the webshop you can access after logging in at gamezaion.com, costs 500 credits each and is found in the Remodels section.
2. Both ingame for Kinah but most are sold on webshop for 500 credits as well.
3. I personally haven't seen an IS portal recently but there wasn't any reports about it being bugged or removed either. So it should still exist.
4. Depends on your playstyle, I have seen a lot with the classic mboost/macc
5. From many sources, such as trading Blood Marks, Ceramium Medals or farming instances. Best advice is to check aiondatabase and looking up the specific type of equipment you want.

Closing as the questions are answered then.

 

They are used for buying some level 46 gear. Not very useful unless you like the skins from them. The vendors are located in Baltasar Hill Village in Brusthonin (for asmodians) and at the Observatory Village in Theobomos (for elyos). There are a few others but these places have them for sure.
