    Can Anyone help/guide me where/how to get/do quest that gives attkspeed/movespeed tittle on elyos side? or Asmo side?

    in the last quest...need give to npc "Mysterious holy water" for end all da quests....and he don't accept it.
    I try to finish this quests since 4.0 version...

    I started 1 week ago, I tried to finish yesterday...
    2-3 months is before the update... I made 2 times before the update too, and both was ok

    I made the test now, you can start the quest, I hope the last part is bugged just for me, gl
