Client Issue So many problems/issues

    I recently just downgraded from 4.8.0.5 to 4.8.0.4 and this happened, skills of cleric or any other class got changed and my skillbar wiped.

    Have you tried to repair your client? I had the same issue as well and doing that fixed it. Looks like it's an issue with your skills.pak

    Happens not to be on my computer right now so I cannot send you any file.
    Under my post you will find it uploaded by Rahgol - if you apply it and it's still not working proceed with a repair.
