    As stated here, you need to update your Client to 4.8.0.6+ for functional chat channels.
    Someone should make an announcement for that ingame.

    Update your game through NCsoft Launcher. Afterwards, re-install our 4.8 item.pak then you're good to go.

    No, voting system is not bugged. If you vote properly, you will get your credits. However, sometimes, voting links don't work but this is beyond our control. We do make follow ups regarding why their links are not working (like in the case of the 4th link, gtop100's website). So for now all we can do is patiently wait for them to fix it.
