Login problems

Good morning. I have been having problems with the new installation of aion. I changed my pc and reinstalled aion from the ncsoft website. After all patching i installed the gamezaion launcher and ran the game. The game version in the version file is 4.8.0.7 . My problem is that sometimes i get disconnected from server after i enter my username and password. sometimes it does work and i get to the server select screen but when i click it i get "no game server is available to the authorization server (6) "
Can someone please help me fix this

tried admin run on launcher but nothing works. no idea what i can do more

 

Do you have any ping reducers or game boosters running? turn them off and try again. Try turning off your antivirus or firewall they might be the cause of it aswell, give it a try and let me know if it makes a change

 

i don't have any game boosters or reducers . it's still a clean installation of windows and firewall is off. Also tried the repair but still got same problem
