    Log in ur other character and type .fix Nitwit but character must be on same acount

    The player is having trouble with his whole account (as I've realized), not just one character. He cannot use the .fix command because he simply cannot even access his account.
    Also, if .fix command doesn't work, then we, as SAMs, might be able to unstuck them manually. So there is a second alternative to the .fix command aswell :p
