PLAYER stucked on character select

My friend asked me to unstuck his character for him because he cant..
I tried .fix Loydo and send an unstuck request from the user control panel didnt work also

please help my friend
character name : Loydo
lvl 23 gunslinger with his kinah there because he was buying armors for his new created character..
he cannot delete it because his kinah and ceranium medals are there also
he is currently stucked
when i click his character then click start to launch the game..
i got disconnected
can't find a gm online so i posted here
please help him

Start a new client, and try to login now. I tried to unstuck the character.

If that doesn't work and .fix didn't work either, then you will have to wait for a server restart.

 

yes Loydo on siel server
i tried login in 2x for now.. it didnt work..
i typed .fix Loydo and his other character.. "Loydo was fixed"
didnt work also when i login Loydo
he will just wait for server restart.. and play on his different character
