can't pay maintenance fee for my estate

since the update i can't pay my maintenance fee!
and everytime i get some messages in my mailbox, that i need to pay it but i can't!
can you help me pls?

 

Common bug, we might need to help you by adding you that quest since it seems bugged when you already have it.
You didn't do a server transfer right? And you said, this problem has been like that ever since the update?

nope i didn't do a server transfer, and yes, the problem is since the update
