Fix your glitches

Hi I am being dced on the lumiel server everytime i TRY and do something with my toon Womanlover.I got dced 7 times in a row would you fix your fcking glitches already thank you in advance have a nice day.My toon gets dced once she is in game we keep trying to put the house for auction cause she got a palace in the auction and the house didnt sell.So everytime we try and put the house up for auction we get dced.Also another thing the ncsoft launcher isnt working,only the aion launcher works.Oh and ty very much for your patience i am not very familiar with using forums cause i never had to until this game on this server so still learning so again thx for your patience its greatly appreciated Ok i tried something different this time i was able to teleport to my wifes palace Mena then went back home i did not get dced doing that but as soon as i try to put the house up for auction i get dced right away

 

First of all calm down, second of all tell me what happens exactly.

 

hi sorry about that ok everytime i try and do something it dcs my toon Womanlover.I am trying to sell a house and everytime i click on anction house on my butler i get dced i bought a palace and the house didnt sell so trying to put it back for auction.Now my wife is going to try and log in from her pc and she got dced the first time as well she is going to try again for me but it obviously is a glitch of some sort

oh i forgot to mention the only thing i can do with her is check the mail lol that doesnt dc me lmao

she just tried again and she got dced a second time in a row

 

You mean she is disconnecting every time she tries to login with a certain character?
Also, about your crashes. I'd suggest deleting your Data folder and repairing through the NCsoft launcher. Crashes often happen because of a corrupted data folder.

oh ok tyvm will try that but she is in Texas and i am in Canada so i have a feeling that might not be it but i will try it but it is only that toon on that account all the other ones are fine

oh i just realized something it cant be my data corrupted cause like i said i have 2 accounts and all the toons on both accounts are fine except for my toon Womanlover so it has to be something else

And I asked you something else because I haven't quite understood. She gets disconnected WHEN SHE TRIES TO LOGIN on that character? If not, then when?
