my bow disappeared screenshot proof

after changing my staff for a bow +15 ABG quit the game and when I returned the bow which I had negotiated was gone from my char please help me I have proof in hand ok:sad:

But even like that report the name of the player with whom u traded.

CHeck your log, go to aion folder and u have the chat log...

 

why is that bow on your bar?

 

gm does not show the name showed up again the time that I completed the exchange

And 10000 arrow aren't that expensive.
