IS this a bug??

in the picture. hes 1meter away.. but
it keeps saying,.
"you are too far from the target to use that skill."

 

The player is likely having connection issues, this happens a lot. There is even a chance a player might appear to be using a teleport hack due to his connection. If you spot any bugs though even if you are not sure that it is one, report it on this section (bug reports) of the forum so we can confirm it.

 

Happens to me as well. It's annoying.
