MY SORCERER IS STUCK ONLINE

I am in Infinity Shard stuck online on that char and can't log in into it. Please fix it, I want to return in IS before it ends!. Thank you!

 

Login with another character of the same account, and type .fix Influent with the first letter capital (NOT .fix influent or else it won't work). It should tell you something like "Influent has been fixed".
Try that and if it doesn't work I'll try to get you unstuck manually. I could go ahead and try to get you unstuck manually but I want you to know about the .fix command first

And you will not return to IS. If you are stuck then to get you unstuck we have to change your location therefore if you're planning on finishing the IS instance you were in before getting stuck, you should forget about that possibility D:

 

If your alliance was succesful, you will still gain abyss, cera and ts. tho you cnt loot

 

But I am losing hyperion boxes. I want to be in the instance to get the loot, please

 

Like I said. You will not be in the instance. If you get stuck the only way to get you unstuck is to change your location. Sorry.

 

The .fix command doesn't work. I did it already 3 times. It said that it fixed the character but when I try to select the char and log in, it's naked, freezes for 10 seconds and then disconnects me without showing me in the world.

 

Okay, I tried to get you unstuck manually.
Start a new client and try now.

 

Same problem even now. Also I repeated the .fix command and nothing.

 

Then unfortunately you will have to wait for a server restart since you're hard stuck.
I tried yet again just to be sure, if you still can't login then there is nothing else I can do and the only way to fix your character is after a server restart.
