Black Ops 3

I know alot of people have this rivalry between Treyarch and Activision, Black Ops vs Modern Warfare.

Who is actually excited for the day one release of BO3? I personally am extremely excited. Black Ops is my favorite CoD series. But IDK what I will play it on. PC, Xbox or PS... Still deciding but leaning towards xbox.

 

This convo started welll when you asked "excited by BO3 Launching" then ended when you mentioned consoles lmao. I am excited though, just reluctant to purchase it on Steam........atm....

 

Chris and I will probably be playing it, if there's one thing I'm excited about it's that.. it won't be AW >.> I had fun with it but damn that thing was pissing me off. I don't know when they will understand that futuristic FPS games with double jump and crazy technological crap are passé. You literally had more air battles than ground ones with all the bunny hopping that was going on. Might aswell have called it "Air Warfare" it would be more correct advertising. Plus that thing was literally Titanfall without titans.. BO3 is futuristic aswell but at least it won't have the unlimited double jump nonsense.

 

Rofl, glad I did not waste my money on that one then. I played the Open Beta weekend but eh, wasn't too pleased, then I saw that and some other things, I just said ...pass. Lol. BO3 looks hopeful though, so we shall see.

 

Modern Warfare best series. Really though I enjoyed all of them (cod4, mw2 and mw3) better than any of the black ops games. There is your rivalry ;p of course the black ops games all really had a different feel to me in terms of weapons and sounds and maps and just the overall feel even down to when I was aiming and shooting. The games felt weird in those aspects so yeah I stuck with my old classics.

It doesn't really matter that much since I hardly play FPS games anymore so yeah.. I won't be buying or playing it xD maybe I'll watch some streams but that's it.

 

LOL rekt. I wont lie BO1 was .........trash. Took them so long to fix it, the lag ,the hiccup all sorts and it didn't in anyway look or have any extra features that was oh so notable vs MW3. I played CoD4:MW in College in a clan, and that will forever be the best one to use, raw and straight up without the extra stuff in it, Bo2 was okay for me too, was rough at the start but it smoothed out.

Guess I should follow suit too and watch streams before I dish out 80$ on something I wont like QQ's@ BO1 in my steam uninstalled

 

They're both kind of old and stale IMO, especially with the lame First Person view.

Hey lets get badass armor and badass weapons and let the player do badass stuff with futuristic badass armor and weapons and NEVER LET THEM REALLY BE ABLE TO SEE IT!

I enjoyed BO1 alot. Except the snipers.

The gameplay of MW and AW doesn't excite me. Everything feels slower.

Plus. The hitmarker sound and vibration are weird to me in AW and MW.

 

From the trailer which I didn't expect much, it's more of a Halo meets Titanfall meets Destiny meets Battlefield. Just doesn't work out. Although those hardcore 12 year olds will surely be very happy and excited. Probably will give it a go but as much as I loved BO1 and MW3, I probably won't get into it.

 

Cod4 best. Every single Call of Duty that came out after it is just a piece of crap. Making new ones just to get $$$ cuz ppl will buy it anyway. Just like AC and BF.

 

Im wondering how zombies will be
