Client Issue Problem to connect in the game

Hello,
Well, after entering in Tiamat stronghold with some friends in a group, we end up all dead in the final boss fight, and we wasn't able to res because it was placing us in front of ennemy, so spam death... The only solution is to reconnect... But i don't know if my friends have the same problem, this is mine :

Characters name : Shiirohige/deadshils/Raikov
Server : Siel
When i try to connect to this account, everything fine, i have the login page, i enter my loginname and my password, and the screen stay just like this :

And I can stay like this for hours or days waiting, nothing happen after this screen...
But when I connect another account, i have the character screen selection without any problem...

I don't know if it's tiamat stronghold the problem of blocking my whole account (because if it was a PC problem or Client issue problem, it would touch my client, so with all accounts, not only this one...

I don't know if I need to give my loginname (without the password) for MJ here to locate my account, but for the moment I'm not going to do this, only if you ask me, I think giving the name of all the characters related to my account is enough.

Well, I need help ^^

PS 18:25 : there is some progress, but not really resolved. I have tried the unstuck request, it worked, now i can access to my account and I have the character list selection... But, I can connect to deadshils and Raikov, but not in Shiirohige. I have tried the .fix command, still not able to connect in Shiirohige.

 

Give it a try now. I gave you a manual unstuck to Shiirohige. It should be working now and have in mind that we will never ask your account details as staff members.

Still the same problem, When I select Shiirohige, the game disconnect me, also, my character on the list selection doesn't wear any stuff, I don't know if it's the .fix command or the unstuck request or my character is going crazy... XD

Also, when I reconnect to deadshils, and I watch the Legion member list, I see Shiiro still "connected" and in Tiamat stronghold.



I'm really not meaning to tell you what to do, it's not what I want to do, but, is the manually unstuck put the character in sanctum ? If it's not, maybe moving by force my character to sanctum will resolve the problem ? Or maybe "disconnect" it by force, or even ban it and unban it to force the disconnect ?

Like you see, I'm not the only one who have the problem, Darkingz is stuck too in tiamat, and the character still connected, but in reality, he was talking to me with another character in the Legion Chat, he has the exact same problem like me.

It's the fix command. You will find your items into your inventory and have a look into your personal warehouse for any case as well.

Won't work. I gave you another unstuck and to your friends also but if it's still not working you will have to wait for a server restart.

Can you please give me the date or the time for the server restart ? do I have to wait for some hours or days ? or just waiting for a random restart ? Just to know it I can wait or I can start another character until then.

 

I cannot tell you the exact time about when server is going to have a restart. Might be in a few hours, might be tomorrow or even in a few days. Let's hope soon.
