    You need to use a Globe sim card. Mobiamo is not available on Smart.

    Yes, you can use TM. It is a part of the Globe network.
    That, I don't know about. You need to contact the service provider, you probably need that ID that was given to you to reference your account in paymentwall.

    Do you think a Proxy Server can help you?

    Here try this.

    Go to internet options of your browser. Then go to "Change Proxy settings".

    Then Click "Lan Settings".

    Then Check "Use a Proxy server for your LAN."
    Using one of these IPs and Port:
    http://www.us-proxy.org/

    Add a Proxy IP and port into the blank spaces and push OK. And then see if it allows you to access the payments.

    The only reason why I want to try this is because I want to see if its blocked for your area or network.

    This Proxy setup will make it seem like you are in a network from the United States. Your network connection will be slow while the proxy is enabled. If this doesn't work, just remove the proxy settings.
