    Are heiron and Beluslan still ground PVP zones? I see people flying and ground pvp there, and I still dont know which

    Yes, Heiron & Beluslan r ground pvp.
    U only can fly in city & Storm Circle, if u see someone flying in ther site make a sc and report them for bug abusing
