    hmmm, this happened to me before... and restarting the router fixed it... now it doesn't.. I restarted it many times... and still can't connect..

    Have you fixed this problem? Normally like you said restarting your router or waiting a bit fixes this.
    About the last error picture, you might wanna disable your antivirus and firewall and try again.

    It's ok now miss Dimi :) I restarted the router updated it and disabled the antivirus, don't know what's causing this though, it's the second time this happened to me T_T.
