    I see cloth vs plate.

    Secondly, I see one at +11 and one at +3.
    Obviously if you are comparing well, obviously different stated items, and vast difference in enchantment levels.
    They will be different?

    No, it is a visual bug, the guy saved this item on his memo pad and now he's using the link, probably the item got fused with another item that was already saved on his memo pad, it's a know bug, don't worry.
