Arbiter Gear (Elyos)

Greetings!
I am trying to find where to buy arbiter gear (without donating real $$), but all the NPCs that are supposed to sell it are in katalam, which is no more. Are there new 4.8 NPCs that I am not aware of?

Arbiter is locked in the NPC, obviously. But you can buy sheperd and upgrade it to special elite ambassador which is about the same as arbiter for most classes, and it can also become +20 so that's a bonus.

 

And which NPC sells that gear? Thank you

I am not seeing any NPCs that sell that gear. The only stuff I see is for crucible rewards gear, which isnt shephard

bump bump :O where do you buy the sheperd's gear? I cannot find the NPC in kaisenel

 

Sheperd's gear is an asmodian gear, its equivalent is the Custodian gears. In-game type '/where Agaron'

 

I only see custodians gear at this npc?

 

if you really insist then in-game type /where Kratyr, beside Kratyr is npc Ruz (there is two Ruz in Marchutan Priory and using /where on her will show u the first one that sells Tac Officer gears), she distributes Sheperd gears
