ITEM PAK PROBLEM

    Can i ask ITEM PAK IS working on 32 bit operating system? Cos mine not why?

    What do you mean? My aion or The computer that i am using?.. I'm just asking if item pak is compatible for 32 bit Computers cos my item pak is not working i use 32 bit.. But my other friends have 64 bit operating system Computer there item pak is working .

    Go to where your aion is installed and open a file called Version. You'll see the version of client that you have.

    32 or 64 bit doesn't matter. I am asking you what your game's version is because if you have the wrong version there might be trouble.
    Open the version file inside your Aion folder and tell me what version it says it is.

    That's fine then.
    If the item.pak doesn't work then all you can do is keep re-installing the item.pak until it works. Many other users are having the same problem aswell but sadly there is no other more effective solution than this.

    However I hope you do know that you cannot trade everything if you just have the item.pak so don't be confused. Most items need VIP to trade. Also fused items cannot be traded.
    Other than that, if you are encountering problems like not being able to store items in the warehouse, then yes, it means your item.pak is not working.

    Okay sir I'm VIP user i can only trade EA SET or other set items but Accessories and Weapons can't trade and can't put to Account Warehouse

    Alright, then do what I told you.
    Keep re-installing the item.pak until it works. There is no other solution.
