Problem with ID and Password!!!

You are either:

1. Using a password that includes symbols and not numbers and letters only
2. Connecting on the wrong server (maybe retail) and not Gamez
3. Your password is too long.

There is no other way.
Change your password here, open the verification link, restart the client and try again.
