Cant Log in my char

I cant log in my character everytime i log in it, it takes a long logging but cant enter the game can you please help me with this? but my other char can log in. but it only happen like this sir

 

You can try to do this, log in in another char and type ".fix <character name>" for example if the name of the character you cant log in is Reyclutario, type .fix Reyclutario.

 

i already try that nothing happens its only make my char naked but i cant log in it. but my other char can log in properly. i need to log in this char because its my main char now

 

Give me the name of that character.

 

the name of my characer is "Cloudsins"

 

I tried getting you unstuck manually. Start a new client and try logging in again now.

If that doesn't work you will have to wait for a server restart.

 

if it doesnt work i will wait until server restart? do i wait this for long mam?

doesnt work mam my client close again when logging it. it happens when my char is on tiamat stronghold 3v3 and i got DC then when i log in it it was dead and when i click ok it only respawn on the same place and keep on dying and i log out it then thats it i cant log in my char. tsk tsk.

 

I just said you will so yes. You will wait this long just like everyone else.
Either way, since getting you unstuck manually didn't work only a server restart will fix your character. Until then please be patient and not ask help for the same problem since nothing else will work.
