What's the matter? The guy offers help. On my side, I did helped many GAMERZ using teamviewer.

Just that maybe, that guys seems not LEGIT? Well, it's ur call tho.....

I would love to, but am on work ATM. It is easy as 1 2 3 via teamviewer. But, ohh ohh... Am working ATM huhuuhuhuh sad sad

 

ye! based on their records, obvsly they just recently made their account. and immediately asked for teamviewer. there r a lot of risks using teamview to another ppl u nvr knw. like he/she may do sumthing like install software (any kind of spyware, etc...) or access some of your private files not only in AION but you r on your pc, means u also have your emails, bank accounts or etc.........

or if the persons real intention is to get your account's (aion) info, and if he succeeded, then theres no way gamez staff will replace any lost from your account.
am i right? :v

Yeah! Totally. Better to know ppls who to or not to allow access on ur PC. I suggest you guys to PM @Puddles @Dementa @Dimitra @lisveth or any of the Staffs.

 

even them, never heard them asked for teamviewer to solve ppls problems.

 

If you do not trust a player to help you through teamviewer even if there is no danger then just don't give them the chance to, and send a message to a staff member.

I have personally helped a ton of players through teamviewers only because I find it faster in some cases, or because there are players who do not speak English very well and are unable to understand some instructions, and I personally have seen normal players who have done the same to other players. But again, if you feel like someone is trying to harm you (even when there seems to be no chance of that happening like I said), just come to a staff member. We are staff members for a reason, and we would of course never attempt to do anything to scam you or steal any of your information.

 

When u try hard to explain at a "re-a-d" person how to do things....next solution is Tv. scammers are to dumbs for TW i can tell u, they just use facebook for keylogers.

 

We do occasionally need to Teamviewer people in order to solve different things if it is an unusual problem, or something we are not all that familiar with.
All of our Senior Staffers, and most of the AM team, have used it to help players over the years.

true if it is the staff asking for teamviewer, but if it is random player who just created their forum accounts, no records, suddenly asking for teamviewer, i believe there r still risks. as they take control of your computer for a moment.

anyway, i created the thread because i feel threatened by their offer, and was thinking this might be another way of hackers to get ppl's account. and to make some ppl in this community aware.
but thank you SAM @Dimitra and Head GM @Puddles for making it clear.
i might ask for a teamviewer only from you (staff) guys in the near future. hahas! GRACIAS!
