Christmas Carols!

Hello lovely Daevas!
December is here and I would like to hear your thoughts on Christmas in Atreia!





"Christmas Carols" is a poetry event that requires you to write an Aion-related poem with a Christmas vibe.
No editing skills are needed like many of our previous events, you just need to have a creative mind and a big big imagination!
You are asked to write a poem that rhymes, to narrate your Christmas vacation in Gamez Aion!

You may write a poem of a minimum of four (4) verses that rhymes.
There are a few different ways a poem can rhyme. To avoid complications, let's decide that your poems should rhyme on the last words/syllables of each verse.
An example of that rhyme is the poem I wrote on the beginning, BUT: That doesn't mean that all ending words should have the same rhyme like I did on my poem.
For example there's another type of rhyme that allows you to connect verse 1 with 2 and verse 3 with 4, but there's also another one that allows you to
connect verse 1 with 3 and verse 2 with 4. It's up to you to choose what you will do. Anything is correct, as long as it has an obvious rhyming pattern.

To make this a bit easier for you and help you make even better rhyming poems, I will give you a tip to use rhyming websites
like RhymeZone to find words that rhyme!

❅ Everyone is welcome to participate, excluding staff members.
❅ Accounts that were created on the same day or after the event was posted are not allowed to join.
❅ Your poem has to be Aion related with a Christmas vibe. It doesn't need to be all about Christmas trees and snowballs, many things can be connected to Christmas as long as you're creative.
❅ Your poem has to be a minimum of 4 verses and written in English.
❅ You are allowed to have one entry with one poem per person.
❅ Plagiarism is strictly not allowed and will lead to an immediate disqualification without a warning.
❅ If you get disqualified for plagiarism or for joining with two forum accounts or breaking the event rules, you will receive one Black Strike.
Three Black Strikes will cause you to get disqualified from all future events. Read this for more info.
❅ You are allowed to make changes to your poem while the contest is still running, but when the event is finished no changes are allowed.
❅ If you are asked to make modifications to your entry to apply all the rules and you don't, when the event ends you will be considered disqualified.
❅ Participating with more than 1 forum account will lead to an immediate disqualification without a warning.
❅ Not following the rules will get you disqualified.

Some jolly songs of jingle bells are singing.
In Sanctum or in Pandaemonium
I can hear that same Christmas song


As I go to Ingison to have some fun
A song of Bard and a heal of one
I sleep the other and kill the slumber
I’m on the boost nothing will falter


When sleeping storm cast on a few
A matter of seconds you’ll turn to blue
Let’s forget all our conflict for just a day!
Just for once in this solorious day!


Christmas day is fast approaching.
And so my Sorcerer is happily inviting
Let’s forget all our PvP and E

Each Christmas I remember
the 2.0 a long ago;
i see the Changes every Year
There's a New Update in a row.

Each Christmas Find a new Gears to buy
So Vote Daily so i can Buy,
When AM/GM Hid there Presents
to the Returning Players.

Each Christmas i remember
The Fragrance in the Air,
of Crafting Materials to gather
And Collect them everywhere.

Each Christmas Finds me longing-in
To make sure i'm always in-game,
And i am back in 4.8 in a newly game
As long as memories Back from 2.8,

I was walking around Asmodae and i could feel the magic of Solorius

When night fell, I suddenly saw the brightest star named Sirius

As I approached a little closer, on the place of pandemonium, the needles twinkling

Then, at the foot of the tree, I found my friend the shugo and my eyes was blinking

The gifts were there, at the foot of the towering tree, the size of Marchutan

So I make a wish, that my soul is purified, to obtain protection of Drakan

For, as in the early days of Atreia, passion dark forces make me a lord of the Empyrean

It started with a server restart
When I logged in something familiar warmed my heart

The spirit of Christmas is around Atreia

Hoping that enemy Bards will be good to me
So that Santa wont list them as naughty

Santa will nerf Bards hopefully, sigh

So this Season i'll play Gamezaion and get fat
Transform into a Penguin with a Christmas hat
Go to Inggi and slay those Asmos
With my gunner that doesn't run out of Ammos

Finally, it’s here the holiday season,
To augment my gear and find a reason,
Entering the 1v1 battleground,
But only to hear a Songweavers’ sound.



Seeing the Christmas outfit, I must have it,
Checking the broker; is really a bad habit.
The price was high, and out of my range,
I went to get kinah, but still not enough from the Online Exchange.


Oh look! It’s AM Dimi’s Unscramble Event,
Even though I wanted some Amplification stone.
I won the first word, which was easily Resplendent,
But ended up only with 25 Omega’s alone.


As this poem, is so solemnly written,
It is greeted by Christmas readers with great suspense.
Almost like running into an Elyos zerg so stricken,
And surviving with immortal shroud and rapidly spammed cleanse.

All i can hear is singing, dancing, cheering daeva,

Like my sword is made of titanium,

To protect the people in asmodae, and give love on Christmas day.

Oh when im know you guys wait me,
I trying be fast and make a killing spree,

Then i go too and eat my candy.

Next day you get up,
Something near your Christmas tree
Your eyes brighten up,
And running open your gift.

But you remember forget something,
To give for your GF one thing,
The gift the only one perfume
But she like becouse you her love.
