    I am a returnee, i qualified the event condition so i join, i got 500 credits and VIP, but the problem is i did not receive my Gear Custodian and weapon...Please help me...

    The user had picked a character for the items to be mailed at and hadn't stayed online so the mail never delivered.
    He stayed online now and the mail came to him.
