Can't access a quest that previously accesssible

    I have done Heiron campaign quest: Power of the Elim, many times. but my new created character just can't obtain further information of the campaign after it guided me to talk to the Voice of Arbolu. I click on the campaign quest, and nothing happened. Did anyone have the same issude on new characters? or just the server corrupted the quest?

    Never tried this quest, but maybe you should go around and talk to all the brigade generals in each zone, as sometimes they unlock different campaign quests.

    the quest is unlocked, but it wouldn't let me go any further, cause i talk to voice of arbulo and nothing happened. it happened after the server crashed or transferred.

    Sorry for resurrecting this thread, but I am having the same problem. I can talk to voice of arbulo but clicking on "mission progress: power of elim" doesn't do anything.
