    There are a few out there you could look into. Some have free trials with some amount of restrictions, others are better off if you pay to use them.

    • Pingzapper - http://pingzapper.com/ - This I believe disconnects after every 30 minutes of usage like battleping.

    Take your pick.

    Battleping and WTFast seem to be the leading ping reducers. However, the "best" is defined by what works better for you. So I would say try them in the order I listed till you are satisfied with one, keeping in mind the downfalls of using the "free/trial" version of each.

    nah its just optional leave it blank.. and don't forget to set your aion on NA server on you RTL account

    #1 Register for an account (you will need it when installing the program)
    #2 go to member home scroll down check "Aion box and select Aion US server"
    #3 install the program (it will ask for your account that you've made)
    #4 and you're done ;)

    PS: Repeat after 1 month. and also you need a program to change your PC mac address so you can make another account for it.. (that's what i do)
