Motion card bug??

    My BG Bought (Motion)Stormbringer card but she already has.. She bought another one just like I said for Special Purposes if you already had the motion it will be colored red and it will shown up "you already have this motion" but she accidentally Clicked the Motion and its Gone and I tried buying in sanctum (motion) Hovering and it says to me also " you already have this motion" and its color red and I clicked it was gone also...

    Is there any possible way that we can reclaim it again? or its totally gone now?

    Relogging didn't work right? When you relogged the item wasn't in your inventory?

    If not, I have had something similar happen to me a while back. Luckily with the help of Shadowplay I was able to record it when it happened so my lost items were refunded (since this was a server fault and I had proof of the incident). Now, I am afraid that if you do not have an actual video as proof of the item disappearing when you clicked it, you unfortunately won't be refunded.

    Also thank you for the heads up on this, I myself cannot login to test it out since my laptpop where I'm at can't run Aion (yay for old computers), but I will inform another SAM to test out this possible bug and see what can be done.

    But if you click and you have another one it suppose it will not be used right? suddenly it was xD

    Ok i will wait for the Result of the Examination of this :) But still Even dont have a Video or proof for this Still you can see it and try to examine it in sanctum try to buy the hovering motion :)

    Yes, I already informed someone to test it out and possibly add it to the list of bugs.
    I mentioned proof of it happening because you asked if you will be refunded, and sadly you might be refunded only if you have proof of the incident. If you don't then I'm afraid we cannot give you the item back, but we will of course examine the bug.
