Any other solution?..

Hello my fellow Gamers
I used to play AION over Gameforge and for GameZ I did install the NCSoft Version now, too
Now I find out, that this was totally unnecessary, because I need to download it over the Torrent in order to play without a login problem
Is that seriously the only way?.. I was downloading the whole day yesterday and I don't really feel like downloading 32GB again xD
Is everything so completely different or can you mix it up easier?..

Nope, the only way to be able to play right now is getting it from the GamezAion's official torrent or copying from another player. The official North American servers are already on v4.9 and that client version won't work with the Gamez server. Even with downloading the torrent, u'll encounter problems like being unable to connect to LFG channel and non-working item.pak (that allows trading items that aren't tradeable in the official Aion). Because the server version is 4.8.0.6 and the torrent is 4.8.0.4. @Puddles assured us though that an updated torrent will come out soon. Maybe just wait out for that.

You are gonna have to download the entire game again since there are no more downgrade available

 

What @JessiHan said. We have not released a downgrade and you will have to re-download the game through the torrent linked.
