Install Problem update error e02018

Hay
I have a problem with installing the ncsoft-aion. I have downloaded the aiongameclient and try to start to patch,but when i start it i get this error:
Update error cannot download fille...

The soulutions i have find cannot help to fix this error. Most they say i have to delet or edit an other file in a fodler,but i havent got any folder in my aion folder so i cant delete anything or cant edit something in a folder,that i didnt have. I ve tryed to restart my pc,download on an other disk and everything i read in other forums. but nothing helps me.
So i hpe you can help to fix my problem

No of this soulutions works,because the bugg pop up already by starting the launcher

First off, you shouldn't be downloading the game through the launcher. If you do that, you won't be able to play on gamez since retail is 4.9 and Gamez doesn't support that. You need to download it through the torrent: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/official-torrent-client-4-8-0-4.191043/

The torrent has a few problems since it's outdated (you won't be able to see the LFG), but nothing major.
