Solved i cant choose a server

when i log in and try to choose a server the game stucks. i dont use any ping reducer and my connection is not that bad, someone can help me?

Did you download the game through the NCsoft launcher?

 

of course i did, i spent like 8 hours just to update NCsoft launcher just to play gamezaion but i dont know why it stucks

 

You can't currently connect to gamez with that client unfortunately, retail has updated to 4.9 and we are still on 4.8 which is why you can't connect.
You will have to re-download the game through the torrent since there is no other solution as of now. http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/official-torrent-client-4-8-0-4.191043/

It will cause you a few problems (you won't be able to see the LFG) but you will be able to login and play without a problem.
